Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive in Seoul
Arrive at Incheon Airport; private car transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Seoul.

Day 2: Seoul
Morning private car sightseeing includes Yongin Folk Village, a living museum of Korean heritage. Witness traditional ceremonies, music performances and artisans practicing ancient crafts. Also visit the imposing Suwon Hwaseong Fortress and Insadong shopping street.

Day 3: Seoul/ Busan
Express Train to Busan, Korea’s biggest port city. Your tour includes the sprawling Jagalchi Fish Market and Haeundae Beach. Stroll in charming Taejongdae Park with its dramatic cliffs. Overnight in Busan.

Day 4: Busan/ Gyeongju
In the morning, private car transfer to Gyeongju, ancient capital of the Silla Kingdon and a Unesco Heritage Site. Visit the imposing Bulguksa Temple and the National Museum for excellent examples of Buddhist art. Then, visit the Cheomseongdae, Asia’s oldest existing astronomical observatory. Overnight in Gyeongju.

Express Train to Seoul. Upon arrival tour the Blue House, and Gyeongbok Palace. Explore exotic Namdaemun Gate market. Overnight in Seoul.

Day 7: Beijing
Morning sightseeing by private car begins at Tiananmen Square. Enter the Forbidden City, home to a wealth of imperial treasures. Afternoon, visit the Empress Dowager’s Summer Palace.

Travel through the scenic countryside to the Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s Tomb; see the extraordinary Terra Cotta army with its thousands of individual, life–sized figures. Return to Xian after a visit to the Banpo Museum or the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai, China’s most cosmopolitan city; transfer to your hotel.
